Chris Gavitt is the Technical Director and Managing Partner of Alloy Metalworks, bringing deep expertise in precision welding and advanced materials fabrication. He holds a BS in Environmental Engineering from the University of Vermont and multiple certifications including AWS D18.1, AWS D17.1, AWS D1.2, AWS D1.1, and ASME Section IX. After beginning his career building skyscrapers in New York City following his 2012 graduation, Chris founded Alloy Metalworks in Colorado in 2020. He leads technical collaboration, precision welding operations, and detailed problem-solving for complex projects across aerospace, energy, and advanced manufacturing sectors. Chris's engineering background and hands-on fabrication expertise enable him to bridge design concepts with built reality, ensuring inspection-ready results for Colorado's most demanding technical applications.

She holds a BS in Strategic Communication and Advertising from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MS in Management and Organization with an emphasis in Business Strategy from the University of Colorado Denver. Cynta officially joined Alloy Metalworks in 2023 after completing her master's degree, though she had been involved in the company's evolution from its garage-based beginnings.
