He holds a BS in Environmental Engineering from the University of Vermont and multiple certifications including AWS D18.1, AWS D17.1, AWS D1.2, AWS D1.1, and ASME Section IX. After beginning his career building skyscrapers in New York City following his 2012 graduation, Chris founded Alloy Metalworks in Colorado in 2020. He leads technical collaboration, precision welding operations, and detailed problem-solving for complex projects across aerospace, energy, and advanced manufacturing sectors. Chris's engineering background and hands-on fabrication expertise enable him to bridge design concepts with built reality, ensuring inspection-ready results for Colorado's most demanding technical applications.

Cynta Hritz serves as Business Director and Managing Partner at Alloy Metalworks, overseeing strategic operations and organizational excellence. She holds a BS in Strategic Communication and Advertising from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MS in Management and Organization with an emphasis in Business Strategy from the University of Colorado Denver. Cynta officially joined Alloy Metalworks in 2023 after completing her master's degree, though she had been involved in the company's evolution from its garage-based beginnings. She manages HR, purchasing, 3D drafting, project management, compliance systems, and daily business operations. Randy holds certifications in AWS D18.1 sanitary welding, AWS D1.2 structural aluminum, AWS D1.1 structural welding, and ASME Section IX, demonstrating his mastery across multiple welding codes. He has contributed to sophisticated projects including Incoloy chemical reactor systems and aerospace ground support structures.
