Technical Director, Managing Partner
Chris Gavitt is the Technical Director and Managing Partner of Alloy Metalworks, bringing deep expertise in precision welding and advanced materials fabrication. He holds a BS in Environmental Engineering from the University of Vermont and multiple certifications including AWS D18.1, AWS D17.1, AWS D1.2, AWS D1.1, and ASME Section IX. After beginning his career building skyscrapers in New York City following his 2012 graduation, Chris founded Alloy Metalworks in Colorado in 2020. He leads technical collaboration, precision welding operations, and detailed problem-solving for complex projects across aerospace, energy, and advanced manufacturing sectors. Chris's engineering background and hands-on fabrication expertise enable him to bridge design concepts with built reality, ensuring inspection-ready results for Colorado's most demanding technical applications.

Business Director, Managing Partner
Cynta Hritz serves as Business Director and Managing Partner at Alloy Metalworks, overseeing strategic operations and organizational excellence. She holds a BS in Strategic Communication and Advertising from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MS in Management and Organization with an emphasis in Business Strategy from the University of Colorado Denver. Cynta officially joined Alloy Metalworks in 2023 after completing her master's degree, though she had been involved in the company's evolution from its garage-based beginnings. She manages HR, purchasing, 3D drafting, project management, compliance systems, and daily business operations. Her strategic approach ensures the company maintains ISO 9001 quality standards while supporting rapid development cycles and complex technical requirements for clients across Colorado and beyond.

Fabrication Lead
Randy Zavala is the Fabrication Lead at Alloy Metalworks, bringing over 20 years of hands-on experience in high-end precision fabrication to every project. His expertise encompasses complex geometric builds, precision sheet metal work, finishing and polishing, and advanced welding techniques. Randy holds certifications in AWS D18.1 sanitary welding, AWS D1.2 structural aluminum, AWS D1.1 structural welding, and ASME Section IX, demonstrating his mastery across multiple welding codes. He has contributed to sophisticated projects including Incoloy chemical reactor systems and aerospace ground support structures. Randy's meticulous approach and deep technical knowledge ensure that every fabrication meets the exacting standards required by Colorado's aerospace, energy, and research organizations.

Richard J Morrow serves as Sales Engineer at Alloy Metalworks, leveraging his unique combination of technical and business expertise to connect manufacturing organizations with valuable partnerships. He holds a BA in Physics from St. Mary's College and an MBA from St. Thomas College, providing him with both scientific understanding and business acumen. With extensive experience in Advanced Manufacturing, Richard excels at understanding complex technical requirements and translating them into actionable project plans. He serves as the critical connector between Alloy Metalworks' engineering-driven fabrication capabilities and Colorado's aerospace, energy, research, and advanced manufacturing communities.
